We strive to respond to all of our user inquires as quickly as possible and I have to say we do a pretty good job with emails being answered in mere minutes a lot of the time and at most a few hours - providing top notch customer service is something we pride ourselves on.

So on that note, if you have emailed us and not received a response, make sure you check your spam or junk mail folder as sometimes our responses to you can end up there. In the same vein, if your spam filter is setup to auto delete messages or not deliver them to you at all then it is possible you may not get a response from us. If you have any sort of system like that you may want to explicitly whitelist or any email address.
